- Consultation booking cannot be cancel but change of time can be requested only once but atleast 4 hours before the actual scheduled consultation, else it will be considered as served, and planetsnhouses reserve all the rights to allow or deny for it without any refund. There are chances that skype or Video consultation is not available, In that case telephonic consultation will be served and no refund will be entertained.
- For all the international consultation, Consultation buyer will need to call on the provided no. We do not make international call to serve International Consultation.
- In Horoscope Consultation only one chart can be discussed and Max consultation duration will be 30 Minuets only. And maximum 3 questions are allowed (But relevant and relative question are allowed)
- Charts of Kids less than 12 Years will be analyses only in special circumstances or Medical Emergency.
- We do not provide the audio recording or videography of the consultation or any written note of the same. A customer can record and note the essential part of consultation without any permission.
- The jurisdiction of all disputes will be Faridabad only.
- We do our best to analyse your Horoscope on the basis of birth details provided by you. But we will not be responsible if any type of harm occurred or no benefits received due to any of prediction or remedies suggested by us. Customer need to measure everything at their own discretion. Any no refund in any case will be entertained.
