Do remember that by requesting a refund, client is agreeing to provide Planetsnhouses Quality Audit team the permission to access the recording of the consultation session for which refund has been requested. The team will further determine whether the case is fit for refund.

The decision on processing the refund is at the sole discretion of Planetsnhouses Quality Audit team and such decision is binding and final.

All cases will be determined on best effort basis, and Planetsnhouses Quality Audit team will, provide refund to users in their Bank Account only. We will ask for the back details through mail, and refunds will be generated to the bank account provided by the customer once the Refund is approved by our team.

Through our 100% Buyers Protection plan, you get quick and easy refunds by following some very simple steps. If your consultation scheduled through mail, whatsapp, or telephone call, is delayed by more than 12 hours, you are eligible for complete refund of the full consultation. This is a hassle-free process.

Terms for Refund and
Cancellation Service:

The terms of refund and cancellation policy for our 100% Buyer Protection Plan Service stands as mentioned:

  • Once the consultation is booked, it can not be cancelled.
  • Customer is not eligible for refund if the data provided by them is incorrect. However, one can send correct information within two hours of order to avail refund.
  • No refund shall be made once the consultation is delivered to the customer.
  • In case customer makes double payment by mistake against single order, then the extra payment will be refunded to the customer.
  • It is mandatory for Foreigner/ NRIs to book 30 mins slot, If by mistake a 10 or 20 mins slot is booked, They have to pay the rest of the amount, but no request for refund will be accepted.
  • You can request a change of the date and timing of the consultation only once, at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. So that we can give the booked consultation slot to someone else, and we can give you an available consultation slot. But if you fail to do so, no matter what the reason is at your end, consultation will be considered served, and we will not entertain any request for a refund or rescheduling. We are really strict about this policy as we get so frequent request which is hard to handle.
FAQs for Refund Policy:

  1. How to raise dispute for an order?

The Customer needs to register any dispute by sending us an email at contact@planetsnhouses.com with the valid reason as mentioned above. Please do not forget to mention your order number in the email, or your request cannot be processed.

After we review the customer’s refund request, they will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution for refund. We usually require three business days to respond to your refund.

  1. What to do if Planetsnhouses is not responding to the dispute?

Please allow 3 business days to effectively address your issues and provide suitable instructions for your refund or come up with resolutions for the issues. If we fail to provide a response even after three business days, or if the resolution provided by us does not match up to your expectations, you can surely submit a dispute by sending us an email to planetsnhouses@gmail.com. We promise to address your issues and come up with timely resolutions for the same with a little cooperation from your side as well.

  1. Will I receive a refund of full consultation amount if my reasons are valid?

Yes, of course! If your reasons and issues are valid and approved by our Quality Audit Team, then you will definitely receive a refund of the total consultation amount.

  1. How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

We usually take 3 working days to address and process refunds. Once the refund is approved by our team, the amount will be credited back to you within 7 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays). However, do remember that this process is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway, we will still try to be of service as early as possible.

Do note that all the refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and or incurred in the payment gateway.
